Gamma Eta Sorority Inc., prides itself in having an extremely strong sisterhood. Every month, Gamma Eta holds at least one event promoting sisterhood. These events have ranged from sisterhood appreciation dinners to a semi-annual sisterhood retreat where sisters bond and work together to compose a list of common goals and the direction in which we want the chapter to go.
Also, every semester, a Sister Farewell is held for graduating sisters, where those leaving UF recieve their stole's for graduation and a presentation is put together in honor of them and the legacy they are leaving with Gamma Eta. Almost every weekened, there are unnoficial events where sisters either celebrate birthdays or go out in large groups to spend time together. Those who join Gamma Eta become members of something that lasts long after graduation, this is a sisterhood that lasts a lifetime. Though we all come from different backgrounds and places, Gamma Eta is what brings us together as a part of a strong sisterhood and second family.
